Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time: We currently ship to the United States only. Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery after processing. Most orders arrive within 14 days.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, please contact us at glowmaxxingco@gmail.com and we will investigate and make it right.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at glowmaxxingco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
